By using Jarvis, or by being a recipient of a message sent through Jarvis's SMS feature, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may opt out of receiving further messages at any time by replying STOP.
Plain English: Jarvis is Bill Gray's personal assistant. It's not a company product you sign up for.
Jarvis is a private, personal-use AI assistant operated by Bill Gray (Gray Group). Among its features, Jarvis can send text messages on Bill Gray's behalf to his own personal and business contacts, at his explicit direction. Jarvis is provided for Bill Gray's own use and is not offered to the public as a product or service.
Plain English: every text is something Bill asked for and confirmed by name. Reply STOP anytime and it stops.
Plain English: this isn't for spam, scams, or anything illegal — it's for Bill's own legitimate personal and business messages.
Jarvis's messaging feature may not be used to send unsolicited bulk messages, spam, illegal content, harassment, or content that violates any applicable law. It is intended solely for genuine, individually-directed personal and business communication from Bill Gray to people he knows.
Plain English: this is a personal project, not a paid product — it's provided as-is, with no guarantees.
Jarvis is a personal project provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that messages will be delivered without delay or error, or that the service will be uninterrupted.
Plain English: since this is a free personal tool, our liability is limited as far as the law allows.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bill Gray and Gray Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, Jarvis's messaging feature.
Plain English: you can stop receiving messages anytime, and we can stop messaging you anytime too.
Either party may end message communications at any time. You may opt out by replying STOP. Bill Gray may stop messaging any recipient at his discretion.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
These terms may be updated from time to time; the "Last updated" date above will always reflect the current version. Continued use of the messaging feature after a change constitutes acceptance of the update.
