These Terms of Service govern the text-messaging (SMS) program operated by Bill Gray, doing business as Gray Group. By opting in to receive text messages, you accept these terms as they apply to that program. If you do not want to receive messages, you may decline to opt in, and you may opt out at any time by replying STOP.
Accepting these terms is not consent to receive text messages, and receiving a text message is not, by itself, acceptance of these terms. Consent to receive SMS is given separately and voluntarily, as described in Section 3. You may decline that consent, or withdraw it at any time, without affecting any other service, purchase, or communication with Bill Gray / Gray Group.
Plain English: Jarvis is Bill Gray's personal assistant. It's not a company product you sign up for.
Jarvis is a private, personal-use AI assistant operated by Bill Gray (Gray Group). Among its features, Jarvis can send text messages on Bill Gray's behalf, at his direction, to personal and business contacts who have opted in to receive them. Jarvis is provided for Bill Gray's own use and is not offered to the public as a product or service.
Plain English: you only get texts if you signed up. Reply STOP anytime and they stop.
Plain English: this isn't for spam, scams, or anything illegal — it's for Bill's own legitimate personal and business messages.
Jarvis's messaging feature may not be used to send unsolicited bulk messages, spam, illegal content, harassment, or content that violates any applicable law. It is intended solely for genuine personal and business communication from Bill Gray to people who have opted in.
Plain English: this is a personal project, not a paid product — it's provided as-is, with no guarantees.
Jarvis is a personal project provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that messages will be delivered without delay or error, or that the service will be uninterrupted.
Plain English: since this is a free personal tool, our liability is limited as far as the law allows.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bill Gray and Gray Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, Jarvis's messaging feature.
Plain English: you can stop receiving messages anytime, and we can stop messaging you anytime too.
Either party may end message communications at any time. You may opt out by replying STOP. Bill Gray may stop messaging any recipient at his discretion.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
These terms may be updated from time to time; the "Last updated" date above will always reflect the current version. We will not treat silence or continued messaging as consent to a change. If you do not agree with an update, you may opt out at any time by replying STOP.
