"We," "us," and "our" refer to Bill Gray, operating as Gray Group, the sole owner and operator of Jarvis. Jarvis is not a public product — it is a private personal-assistant system used by Bill Gray alone.
When you receive a text message from Jarvis, we hold the following information about you:
You provide your information yourself when you opt in, either by submitting the form at wgray.com/wgray/sms-optin.html or by texting START to (941) 941-9409. We never buy, rent, scrape, or import phone numbers from lists.
We only text people who have opted in. You can opt in in either of these ways:
Right after you opt in, you get one confirmation text with the message frequency, a note that rates may apply, and STOP/HELP instructions. Messages are sent by Bill Gray or by his personal assistant software (Jarvis) on his behalf and at his direction. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
Opting in is entirely optional. The consent box on the form is unchecked by default and you are not required to check it. You may decline — or leave the box unchecked — and still use any service Gray Group offers. Declining or opting out never affects anything else, and you can opt in later at any time by using the form again or texting START to (941) 941-9409.
Message frequency varies and depends on your ongoing communication with Bill Gray. Message and data rates may apply from your carrier. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Reply STOP at any time to opt out of future messages from this number; this is honored immediately and automatically. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us directly at the email below.
We share message content and your phone number only with the telecommunications carrier (Twilio) required to technically deliver the SMS to your device. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or message content with any advertiser, data broker, or other third party for any purpose.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Messages are transmitted over Twilio's encrypted (TLS) connections. Access to message logs and contact information is limited to Bill Gray himself; Jarvis runs on infrastructure he personally controls.

EEA/UK residents have the additional rights available under the GDPR (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority). California residents have the additional rights available under the CCPA/CPRA (right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of sale/sharing — noting again that we do not sell or share your information). Jarvis is operated by an individual adult for his own personal and business communications and is not directed at, marketed to, or knowingly used to message children.
Beyond text messaging, Jarvis can — using Bill Gray's own separately authorized accounts — access his email, calendar, and contacts to help manage his personal and business affairs. These capabilities operate entirely within Bill Gray's own accounts. Having your number in Bill Gray's contacts does not subscribe you to texts; only an opt-in described in Section 3 does.
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will always reflect the most recent version. We will not treat silence, or continued messaging, as consent to a change. If you do not agree with an update, you may opt out at any time by replying STOP.
